POLICIES​

Invoicing

All invoices will be sent prior to services rendered as an Agreement between parties.

For individuals booking the 8-week program, client invoices are to be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment. 

Ad-hoc Corporate clients have the option to pay by ACH or by credit card via digital invoice (Square or similar). All digital invoices will incur a processing fee.

Delivery

Services will be rendered within 7 business days of payment receipt.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

All services must be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice to avoid billing.

Refunds

Refunds in advance of service can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, less processing fees. There are no refunds for services rendered.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. The only information we collect is related to your order.
